As the Content Specialist at JC Property Professionals, I edit and create marketing and social media content. I manage all social media accounts and email marketing. I write weekly blogs utilizing SEO. Below are my achievements from my first six months as of Oct, 2022.
- Coordinated with stadium and conceptualized design for animated scoreboard advertisement.
- Organized for JCP representatives to attend county school Career Cafes.
- Created role and responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant I then managed.
- Developed concept and began coordination of a blue-collar career fair.
- Applied for home-service business oriented grant.
- Implemented use of UTM links with Google GA4 on all digital marketing content.
- Designed branded silt fence materials.
Social Media
Facebook: Reached 73,329 users (up 680%) with 7,433 page visits (up 615%).
Instagram: Reached 51,449 new users (up 76k%) with 596 profile visits (up 983k%).
TikTok: 14,066 views with 663 profile visits and 216 new followers.
Youtube: Reached 29.8K views with 43 new subscribers.
Email Marketing: Currently working with 1,441 subscribers. Unsubscribing rate went down 4.6%. Click rate went up 25%.
Website/Blog: Site sessions up by 294% at 3,801. Blog posts bring the most site traffic.
Event Organization
I organized for JC Properties to sponsor Marion N.C’s 14th Annual Livermush Festival. I successfully executed my idea to provide sand trays with heavy equipment toys and a construction themed bean bag toss to draw families to our booth. We handed out branded bags and kids hardhats to spread our brand across the festival. We raffled off three large heavy equipment toys in exchange for emails to add to our newsletter. We collected 77 emails, three applications, and five inquires.
